This informational LORO SYSTEMS website page describes what personal data we process through the contact form and the LoroBot waitlist, for what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long. The aim is that you always know what concerns your data.

Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, we process your name, email, subject and the message text.
The purpose is to reply to your inquiry and manage the communication with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling communication and, where relevant, steps taken before entering into a contract.
We retain the data for 12 months after the final communication, unless the law requires a longer period.
LoroBot waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we process your name, email, country, parrot species, number of parrots, interest type and, where provided, your current weighing method.
The purpose is to notify you about availability and relevant LoroBot development updates. The legal basis is your consent.
We retain the data until you withdraw consent, and no longer than 24 months after LoroBot becomes available.
Recipients of data
Access to your data is limited to authorized LORO SYSTEMS team members and technical providers supporting website hosting, database and form operation, and email.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses of the European Commission are used.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection.
You may withdraw your waitlist consent at any time by emailing info@lorosys.cz.
If you believe our processing infringes the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority at https://uoou.gov.cz/.
